The Mexican inspired Villa is designed to provide a modern, yet cool and comfortable ambiance for a tropical retreat. The main living area has been positioned to enjoy the breathtaking sea views of the Caribbean Sea, Pigeon Island National Park and Rodney Bay. The latter is a 5-minute walk away.
On entering the villa there is a large open plan living space – consisting of a spacious living room, which adjoins the bright dining room; both with tasteful decor. Immediately adjacent is a well-equipped, recently updated kitchen; and laundry room equipped with washer and drier. There is a small powder room off the main entrance hallway. The front garden may be directly accessed via the living spaces, and is suitable for entertaining.
Near the entrance to the villa is a self-contained apartment, with a kitchen/living area and a separate air conditioned bedroom with a double bed and a separate en-suite bathroom. The ground floor level of the main house also boasts a functional home-office, and a guest room with an en-suite bathroom.
Upstairs there are three air conditioned bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom faces due north, with an even better view of the ocean and Pigeon Island. Additional features of the home include an Observatory, automated entrance gate, large basement storage, and a garden shed.
